In the period July 28-30 2022, a seminar was held in the town of Tsigov Chark on the topic “European Prosecutor’s Office. Structure and competencies. EU-funded programs and measures to help overcome the economic consequences of COVID-19. Risks of fraud, corruption and money laundering’. Topics related to the investigation and documentation of corruption crimes, existing judicial practice and guidelines for improving operational-investigative measures and investigation actions for the documentation and detection of corruption crimes were discussed.
The discussions that took place resulted in asking different and interesting questions, solving practical cases and exchanging experiences. The seminar was of great benefit to the participants, representatives of GDCOC, as on the one hand they exchanged contacts, and on the other hand they received information about the systems and opportunities for interaction with various institutions and in particular GDCOC
